You can now order standard batteries for your spacecraft, satellite, or space station and have them charged via our space-based RTG-powered charging stations. Here’s how to get started with your order and the entire process from receiving the batteries to utilizing them in your space-based operations.


Step 1: Place Your Order for Batteries

Socials To begin, you need to select the battery type best suited for your mission. We offer a variety of battery types and sizes, depending on your energy needs. These batteries are specifically designed for space operations, and the charging process occurs through our RTG-powered stations located in space.

  1. Visit the Order Page:

    • Head over to our Order Batteries page, where you can select the battery you need, whether it’s a high-capacity energy storage system or a more compact solution for smaller satellites.
  2. Battery Specifications:

    • All of our batteries are equipped with advanced technology that ensures they are ready to be charged via our RTG-powered space stations. Detailed specifications for each battery are provided, including energy storage capacity, expected lifespan, and output efficiency.
  3. Confirm Your Order:

    • After selecting your battery, proceed to checkout and make the necessary payments using Fueling Space Energy Tokens (FSET) or a traditional payment method.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation with details about your order, including your delivery timeline and RTG charging schedule.

Step 2: Battery Delivery from Earth to Orbit

Once your order is confirmed, the next step is getting your battery into orbit, where it will be charged at our RTG-powered space stations.

  1. Battery Transport to Orbit:

    • After payment is processed, we will arrange to launch your battery into space via Fueling Space Transport Vehicles (FSTVs), which are designed to safely carry your batteries to their charging stations in orbit.
  2. Arrival at RTG Charging Stations:

    • Once your battery arrives in orbit, it will dock with our RTG-powered charging station. These stations are equipped with Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators (RTGs) that provide continuous, stable energy to recharge your battery, even when solar power is unavailable due to distance from the Sun or the space environment.
  3. Real-Time Battery Status:

    • Through your Fueling Space account, you can track the battery’s progress, from launch to charging and eventual readiness for deployment.

Step 3: Charging Process via RTG Stations

Our RTG-powered charging stations use radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTGs) to provide a steady source of electricity, which is used to charge your batteries. This energy source is perfect for long-duration space missions because it’s reliable and consistent, even in deep space.

  1. Continuous Charging:

    • The RTG-powered stations work 24/7 to charge your batteries with energy derived from the heat of radioactive decay, which is then converted into electricity via thermoelectric generators.
  2. Optimal Charging Conditions:

    • As your battery charges, it undergoes a monitoring process to ensure it’s reaching optimal levels of power, with no degradation. The charging cycle is designed to maximize the life and efficiency of your battery.
  3. Energy Monitoring:

    • You’ll receive real-time updates on the status of the charging process, including the charge percentage and estimated time remaining until the battery is fully charged and ready for use.

Step 4: Battery Pickup or Delivery

Once your battery is fully charged, it’s ready to be deployed in space. At this point, you can either pick it up from one of our designated battery collection centers or have it delivered to your specific mission site.

  1. Collection at Designated Centers:

    • You can choose to have your charged battery sent to a nearby Fueling Space Distribution Center for pickup. These centers are strategically located across the globe for quick access.
  2. Direct Launch to Your Space Mission:

    • Alternatively, you can arrange for direct deployment of the charged battery to your spacecraft, satellite, or space station using our launch services. Our launch sites are designed to handle secure and efficient deployment of space-bound batteries.

With your RTG-charged battery in hand, your mission is ready to go!
